Click "Join Waiting Room". Please remember to check that your camera and audio permissions are enabled in your browser or app so your call with the doctor can run smoothly.
3. View Waiting Room Notification
If you join the call before the doctor, please don’t worry — you are in the right place! As the message indicates: “Your provider has been notified and will join as soon as they are available.” Please be aware that doctors may occasionally run behind schedule, and in some instances, it may take up to 60 minutes for them to connect.
4. Configurations
In this section, you can mute your microphone and camera, share your screen if necessary, and also disable the captions.
