And what we recommend for different user types. The first thing you're going to do from the dashboard is select appointments. From here, you're going to scroll to the appointment view button that can be found here on the right hand side. When you select this button, you'll get the options that we have available for different appointment views.

The first available view is the monthly view. This view shows a practitioner's appointments for a full month. You can select one practitioner or multiple practitioners. For the tutorial today, we're just going to look at one practitioner's schedule.

The next available appointment view is the week view. And this shows the practitioner's appointments that are available for the week.

This is the view that we recommend administrators use when booking appointments, as it is the clearest view for administrative booking.

The next view is the day view, which focuses on the present day's appointment schedule.

The next view we have is called the schedule view. Many doctors and providers who use Emerge like this view as it allows them to clearly see the upcoming appointments they have available this week.

We also offer a history view which shows completed appointments. As you can see, I don't have any completed appointments at this time.

And finally, we offer the practitioner's view. The practitioner's view is an efficient way for administrators to select appointment types in the future. You would select the practitioner. Next, you would select the type of appointment you would like to book. It will pull up those available dates that this practitioner has available.
