Address Book: Adding and Managing Clinical Contacts in EMERGE

This tutorial provides step-by-step instructions for adding a clinical contact to your address book. You will learn how to input and save all pertinent contact information for efficient management.

1. Access the Address Book From Dashboard

Adding a new contact is simple: select Address Book from the dashboard.

2. Select the New Contact Button

Next, click the "New Contact" button to start adding a new clinical contact to your address book.

3. Enter the Contact's Information

Please enter the contacts information in the designated fields.

4. Contact Type and Referrals

The contact type feature enables you to choose between a General or Referral contact. If you select a general contact, choose 'General.' Conversely, if you opt for a referral, select 'Referral.' You will then be prompted to enter the specialty, CPSO number, and billing number. Once completed, select the "Save" button.

You have successfully added a clinical contact by entering all the necessary details and saving the information. You can now manage your contacts efficiently or add more as needed.
