1. Introduction
Before you begin, we recommend opening a second EMERGE tab in your browser to streamline this process.
2. Select the Appointment
The initial step is to choose your appointment just as you typically would when initiating a virtual appointment.
3. Start the Virtual Appointment
After selecting the appointment, please proceed to "Start Consultation."
4. Confirm Starting the Consultation
On the following window select "Ok".
5. Start the Video Call
Click "Start call" to begin the consultation.
6. Select the Invite Guest Icon
Select the "Invite a guest to the consultation" icon
7. Generate the Invite Link
Click the "Generate a quick invite link (No PIN required)" button.
8. Copy the Invite Link
Click the "Copy" button to copy the invite link.
9. Open Chat Tab
Click "question_answer" to open your chat tab.
10. Select Message Field
Click "Type your message" to select the message input field.
11. Enter Invite Link
In the message field- Paste the copied link.
12. Complete Invitation
Click "Done" to complete the invitation process.

After you've copied the link to add a guest provider to your appointment, go to your chat button.
16. Open Chat Conversation
Click the chat message to open the conversation where you will share the appointment link.
17. Paste and Send Appointment Link
and copy the link into your chat and send it to the provider you wish to join.
18. Provider Joins Appointment
From there, they'll be able to open the appointment link and join the Emerge appointment with you.
