2. Access Address Book From Dashboard

The process for the referring physician is simple and streamlined. From the dashboard, select Address Book.

3. Select New Contact Button

Next, select the New Contact button to begin adding a new clinical contact to your address book.

4. Enter Contact Name And Numbers

From here, enter the name of your contact. You can enter their phone number and fax number.

5. Add Email And Location Details

Enter the email address, city, zip code, and specify the contact type to complete the contact information.

6. Choose Contact Type And Additional Details

Contact type is important. If it's a general contact, select general. But if it's a referral, you can select referral. It will prompt you then to enter the specialty, enter the CPSO number, and billing number.

7. Save Contact And Confirm Completion

Once you've completed this, select save. Congratulations! You've completed creating a contact.

You have successfully added a clinical contact by entering all necessary details and saving the information. You can now manage your contacts efficiently or add more as needed.
