At Emerge, we understand that having a custom CPP tailored to your clinic's needs is essential.
2. Access the Test Patient's "Patient Profile"
To begin, access your test patient's "Patient Profile. Once you are in the patient profile, scroll down to the cumulative patient profile and select the "Edit Preferences" icon.
3. Select "Edit Preferences"
The magic of customizing your CPP begins when you select the "Edit Preferences" icon.
4. Edit CPP Preferences
From this point, there are several customizations you can implement to tailor the CPP to suit your clinic's specific needs.
5. Customize the Measurement System
You can enable the toggle if you prefer your clinic's measurements to be displayed in metric units.
6. Editing "Custom Fields"
To customize fields, click the "Edit Custom CPP Fields" button. From this interface, you can add any fields you wish to display in the CPP.
7. Understanding "Field Types"
Next, you can modify the "Field Type." The Field Type defines the type of data input. To select the "Field Type," click on the drop-down arrow. The available options include: text, long text, number, date, time, yes or no, multiple choice, dropdown, or checkboxes.
8. Creating a New CPP Custom Field
To add a new field to your CPP, click the "Add field" button. Then, provide a name for your new field and select the field type.
9. Preview Custom Fields
Once you have created your custom field, you can preview how your CPP will appear.
10. Close "Preview" View
After reviewing your custom CPP, click the "Close" button.
11. Save Custom Fields
Once you have completed editing your custom CPP fields, select "Save".
12. Customizing the CPP Layout
In addition to customizing your CPP fields, you also have the option to modify your CPP layout. To achieve this, simply select "Edit CPP Layout."
13. Edit the Patient CPP Layout
You can easily rearrange the order of items in the CPP by dragging and dropping the CPP field.
14. Finalize CPP Customization
After customizing the order of items, click "Save" to apply your changes.
You have successfully customized your cumulative patient profile by editing preferences, adding fields, and arranging the layout.
