1. Introduction
You will learn how to navigate patient records, update demographic information, and send requests effectively.
2. Access Patient Records
Click "Patients" to open the patient records section in EMERGE.
3. Select Patient Profile
Click on the patient to select the specific patient profile you want to manage.
4. Open Request tab
Click "Request" to view and edit the patient's requests details.
5. Add New Request Entry
Click "add" to begin adding new request information for the patient.
6. Select a practitioner
Click "From" to choose the origin of the patient request.
7. Select a template
If your clinic already has a template set up for this, you can select it by clicking the star icon. When you click it, you’ll be able to choose between your templates or the clinic’s general templates.
8. Access Patient Message Field
Click "Message for patient" to focus on the message input area for patient communication.
9. Attach files
Click here if you’d need the patient to attach the necessary files for your review.
10. Send Patient Request
Click "Send request" to submit the patient request and notify the patient accordingly.
