1. Introduction
You will learn the steps to locate, archive, and confirm the removal of a patient record.
2. Access the Patient List
Click "Patients" to view the list of patients.
3. Select the Patient Record to Archive
Click on the patient's name to select the patient record you wish to archive.
4. Open the More Actions Icon
Click the "More Actions" button.
5. Choose the Archive Patient Record Option
Click "Archive Patient Record" to initiate the archiving process for the patient.
6. Enter Archive Reason
Fill the reason or note for archiving the patient record.
7. Confirm Archiving
Click "Archive" to finalize and archive the patient record in the system.
