Reset And Update Password In EMERGE

This tutorial guides you through resetting and updating your password IN EMERGE.

1. Access the Login Page

You have forgotten your password. On the login page, please select the "I am a Patient" button.

2. Resetting Your Password

The first step is to click the "Forgot your password?" button.

3. Submit Password Reset Request

You will arrive at the "Recover Password" page. Enter the email you used to register with EMERGE and click the "Submit" button.

4. Go to Your Email Inbox

You'll be emailed a link that will guide you to reset your password.

5. Access the Password Reset Link

From here, you're going to select the "Click here to reset your password" button

6. Create Your New Password

You will be directed to the "Create Your New Password" page.

7. Enter Your New Password

Please enter your new password in the "New Password" field.

8. Confirm Your New Password

Please confirm your new password in the "Confirm password" field.

9. Finalize Resetting Your Password

Select the "Submit" button to complete the password reset process.

10. Navigate To Home Page

Congratulations, you've completed your new password. Next, you're going to go to the home page.

11. Submit Login Credentials

Please enter your email address along with the password you just updated.

You have successfully reset and updated your password in EMERGE. You can now log in securely with your new credentials and access your patient account.
