To create a confidential clinical note, begin by accessing the patient's profile.
2. Select the " New Clinical Note" Button
Please select the button labeled "New Clinical Note".
3. Linking a "Clinical Note" to a Specific Appointment
You can link a "Clinical Note" to a specific appointment. Click on "Appointment" and select the desired appointment from the dropdown menu to associate it with the note.
4. Enter the "Reason" for the Note
Please enter a reason to provide context for the clinical note.
5. Using AI Scribe for "Clinical Notes"
You can utilize AI Scribe to generate your clinical notes. Simply select the "AI Scribe" button and begin speaking.
6. Entering Additional Notes Beyond AI Scribe
In addition to the AI Scribe feature, you can type additional comments in the "Notes" section.
7. Completing and Saving Your "Clinical Note"
Once you have completed your "Clinical Note," please select the "Save" button.
You have successfully created and saved a clinical note.
