Manage Tasks and Communications in EMERGE

1. Introduction

You will learn how to create your personal To-dos and track them on EMERGE.

2. Open the To-do Icon

Click on the To-do Icon to open your personal to-do tasks.

3. Access Task Creation

At the bottom, you will find a field to enter the task you wish to create. By default, this task will be assigned to today's date.

4. Assign Task to User

You also have the option to tag patient files to your personal to-do list. To do this, simply enter @ followed by the patient's name. A list will appear, allowing you to select the correct patient.

5. Send Task Assignment

Click "send" to submit the task assignment and notify the user.

6. Open Calendar View

Click "calendar_today" to open the calendar for scheduling the task.

7. Navigate to Next Month

Click "Next month" to view and select dates in the upcoming month.

8. Select Date for Task

Click on the desired day of the month to schedule the task.

9. Access Additional Options

Click here to access more options related to the task scheduling.

10. Enter Task Title

Fill in the task title with "Call Patient @" to specify the task purpose.

Fill "Call Patient @ to review lab results." to provide detailed instructions for the task.

12. Send Task Notification

Click "send" to notify the assigned contact about the task.

13. Open Status Field

Click here to access the status field for the task.

14. Set Task Status

Fill "on" to update the status of the task accordingly.

15. Access Another Field

Click here to open another field related to the task configuration.

16. Update Field Value

Fill "on" to set the value for the selected field.

17. Open Comments Section

Click "chat_bubble_outline" to open the comments section for the task.

18. Access Reply Field

Click here to focus on the reply input area within the comments section.

19. Write Reply Note

Fill "Replying to the note." to respond to the existing comment.

20. Send Reply

Click "send" to submit your reply to the comment thread.
