Send Notes Efficiently Using EMERGE Task Feature

1. Introduction

2. Open Notifications Menu

Click the notifications menu to access messaging options.

3. Initiate New Note

Click Send a new note to start composing your message.

4. Select Primary Recipient

Select the intended recipient for the note, whether it's a group, an individual, or multiple individuals.

5. Focus Message Input

Click here to place your cursor in the message field for typing.

6. Enter Note Message

Enter your message/task you need to send.

7. Add Patient Reference

To add a patient reference, simply type @ and choose the patient from the dropdown menu.

8. Send Note

Click send to deliver your note to the selected recipients.

9. Check Outbox

Click 'Outbox' to review notes that have been sent successfully.

You have successfully sent a note using EMERGE by selecting recipients, composing your message, and confirming delivery in the Outbox. This process ensures clear communication within your team.
