You will learn to manually enter notes, apply templates, and use AI audio recording for efficient documentation.
2. Open Clinical Notes Section
Click the Clinical Notes tab to view the Clinical Notes.
3. Enter Note Manually
To perform manual charting, simply enter your notes by filling in the text field with the relevant information.
4. Open Templates Menu
To use available templates, click on "Templates" to view the selection of note templates.
5. Apply Selected Template
Click Apply to insert the chosen template into your note.
6. Insert Template Into Notes
Click Insert into notes to add the template content to your clinical notes.
7. Activate AI Audio Recording
Alternatively, you can click on the mic icon in AI Scribe to start recording audio for transcription and automatically generate a SOAP note. Please note that you must have AI Scribe activated for your user account to utilize this service.
