1. Access EMERGE Platform
Click the login area to begin accessing the EMERGE platform.
2. Enter Your Password
Enter your password to securely log into your EMERGE account.
3. Click Login Button
Click the Login button to proceed to your EMERGE dashboard.
4. Navigate to Patients Section
Navigate to the Patients tab to view and manage patient records.
5. Open Patient Search
Click the Search option to find a specific patient in the system. You can search by name, Date of Birth, Healthcard information, phone number and many more
6. Initiate Patient Search
Click the search button to retrieve matching patient profiles.
7. Expand Patient Details
Under the CPP menu, which is specifically designed to streamline patient management, you can easily access all the intake forms that have been completed by the patient. This convenient feature allows healthcare providers to maintain an organized record of patient information. If you wish to see older records that may not be immediately visible, simply click the "Show More" button to expand the list and view those additional entries. This ensures that you have comprehensive access to all relevant patient documentation in one place.
8. Activate Auto Fix Feature
After selecting your desired intake form from the CPP menu, simply click the AI wand option to enable AI summarization, converting it into a clinical note style.
9. Select Contextual Area
You can activate the toggle for detailed output to create larger notes or keep it off for more concise summaries. Click on "Generate Clinical Note" to create a summary from the intake form.
10. View Behavioral Context Details
The note will feature clear headings and summaries based on the patient's responses. You can edit, delete sections, or add your own wording as needed. Once you are satisfied with the results, simply click the "Insert Into Note" button at the bottom of the page.
11. Final Call
You can generate patient-facing summaries using simpler language for any clinical note with the AI Wand. This tool transforms clinical notes—regardless of medical jargon—into easy-to-understand instructions for patients.
12. Access Follow-Up Note Once More
You have the option to further edit the note to make any necessary adjustments or additions as needed, ensuring that all pertinent information is accurately captured. Alternatively, if everything looks good and you are satisfied with the content, you can simply click the save button, which will allow you to generate a professional-looking PDF document. This PDF can then be easily shared with the patient, facilitating effective communication and documentation of the information provided.
13. Save Clinical Notes
The PDF containing the patient summary will be displayed directly below the original note.
14. Open Patient Summary PDF
To share this document with the patient, simply click on the share button, and EMERGE will securely send it to them. This eliminates the need for printing or having another provider share documents with patients.
