7. Snippets Menu

Upon clicking the snippets tab, a side panel will open, displaying a list of previously created snippets. From this screen, you can edit existing snippets or create new ones. Snippets are predetermined shortcuts designed to expand brief text into more comprehensive sections as necessary. You can create snippets for personal use or for the entire clinic, provided you have the required user permissions. Additionally, you can filter the view to display either your personal snippets or the clinic-wide snippets.

8. Enter Note Content

If you have already created snippets, there is no need to click on the snippets icon to add them. Simply type "Forward Slash Twice" in the clinical note, and a list of your snippets will appear. You can continue typing to filter the options further. Once you’ve found the desired snippet, you can either select it from the menu or press Enter or Tab to insert it.

9. Navigate to Note Section

As you can see, a simple snippet like //fyi can easily expand into the complete phrase "For your information." The possibilities are endless, allowing you to creatively customize your own snippets within the platform.
